Aidan LeTendre uses your information only to respond to you about coaching. Your information is never sold or shared for marketing. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Information collected

The coaching application on this website asks for:

• Your name, email address, and location
• Your preferred coaching format (remote, in-person, or hybrid)
• Your sport, experience, goals, and weekly availability
• Anything you add in the message box, such as injuries or other health details

Health details are optional. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.

If you send an email directly, Aidan LeTendre receives your email address and the contents of your message.

How information is used

Aidan LeTendre uses your information to review your application and respond to you about coaching. If you become a client, it is also used to plan your training.

Your information is never sold or shared for marketing. You will not be added to a mailing list.

Third-party services

• Formspree receives application forms and forwards them by email. Formspree also keeps a copy of each application.
• Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes basic technical details, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and block attacks.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to this website. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites.

Each service has its own privacy policy: Formspree and Cloudflare.

This website does not use cookies. Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Strava lead to those websites, which have their own privacy policies.

Data retention

If you do not become a client, your application is deleted within 12 months. If you do, your information is kept while you are being coached and deleted within 12 months after coaching ends.

Access, correction, and deletion

To see, correct, or delete your information, email aidanletendre@gmail.com from the address you applied with. Requests are completed within 30 days, and you will receive confirmation when they are done.

Children’s privacy

This website is not intended for children under 13, and Aidan LeTendre does not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information, email aidanletendre@gmail.com and it will be deleted.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date at the top.
